Villa Sofia is 2 kms from the nearest beach and the village is between the coastal areas of Paliolinis bay with its rocky outcrop into the sea and the sandy coves of Spartia.
A short drive out brings you to the more commercialised beaches of the south coast with their watersports facilities and boat hire.

Kleismata village is a wonderful hidden hideaway suitable for a romantic holiday or honeymoon.
It has easy access from its local port at Pessada and is only 10 kms from the capital Argostoli and 10 kms from Kefalonia's airport.

The peaceful rural surroundings are suitable for those who enjoy walking and reading and who genuinely want to relax.
Villa Sofia offers a magical retreat from the stressfull world and provides an opportunity for short or long term stays for anyone wanting a peaceful holiday.
It is not ideally suited for children and because of the lay of the land and the steps to the first floor it is not recommended for anyone with walking difficulties.
